This Agreement governs participation in the RadLive Professional Partnership Program.

1. Purpose
This Agreement allows approved salons, clinics, dermatology practices, and distributors (“Partner”) to purchase RadLive products at professional pricing.

2. Eligibility
Partner must:
• Be a legally registered business
• Operate in compliance with local laws
• Provide accurate business documentation upon request
RadLive reserves the right to approve or decline applications at its discretion.

3. Wholesale Pricing
Wholesale pricing:
• Is confidential
• May be modified at any time
• Requires minimum order quantities (if applicable)
Resale on unauthorized platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay) without written permission is prohibited.

4. Use of Product
Partner agrees:
• To represent RadLive accurately
• Not to make unauthorized medical claims
• To comply with cosmetic marketing regulations
• Not to alter product packaging
RadLive products are cosmetic skincare items and are not medical treatments.

5. Marketing & Branding
Partners may use RadLive brand assets only as provided.
Unauthorized modification of logos, claims, or packaging is prohibited.
User-generated testimonials must follow RadLive marketing compliance guidelines.

6. Payment & Orders
Orders must be prepaid unless otherwise agreed in writing.
RadLive reserves the right to:
• Refuse orders
• Modify pricing
• Terminate partnership

7. Liability
Partner acknowledges that:
• RadLive products are cosmetic
• RadLive does not provide medical supervision
• Partner is responsible for client communication and appropriate use
RadLive shall not be liable for misuse of products in professional settings.

RadLive may terminate partnership for:
• Misrepresentation
• Unauthorized resale
• Regulatory violations
